More than 200 attended the Free Dental camp conducted by GMC Hospital, Ajman
Ajman, 21, November, 2009- More than 200 Patients attended the free Dental Camp organized by GMC Hospital Ajman on 19th & 20th November 2009. The camp is in collaboration with the College of Dentistry of Gulf Medical University.
The objective of the camp was to provide mouth and teeth health education and treatment. It aimed at educating the public about the problems of neglecting dental health.
The highlights of the camp were:
Free Dental Checkup & Consultation.
Patients requiring further dental treatment were privileged with 50% concessional charges on certain dental procedures

Free Healthcare for students of Indian School Ajman by GMC Hospital
Ajman, 21, November, 2009- GMC Hospital creates an eventful day for the students of the Indian School of Ajman by organizing a Free Dental and Ophthalmology Camp on the 15th November 2009, which was a great success. This is a continuous effort by the Hospital in taking part in the community awareness program.
The main aim of this camp is to provide comprehensive health care services to the students and also in creating the awareness of the importance and value of personal hygiene, by teaching them that some diseases can affect education and development which will leads to serious illness.
Detailed case sheets were filed for each student by the doctor and later they were screened for eye and Oral diseases so that appropriate treatment can be administered. All these services were provided free of cost.
GMC Hospital looks forward to arrange more camps in different schools in a few months time so that Healthcare and personal hygiene status can be evaluated.

FREE DENTAL CHECK UP BY GMC HOSPITAL, AJMAN.

Ajman, 14, November, 2009: GMC Hospital is organizing a Free Dental Camp in the premises of the Hospital in Ajman from 19th to 20th November 2009. This camp is in association with the College of Dentistry of Gulf Medical University.
Everyone are invited and urged to take full advantage of this annual Offering by the Hospital.
The camp is also a precautionary measure and effort by the Hospital and the College of Dentistry to give timely Dental assistance and quality dental treatment to all the people thereby preventing spread/cause of any disease.
The main aim of the camp is to make public awareness of the importance of Oral Health which leads to overall health.
