Watched by several physicians, nurses, and hospital staff, GMC HOSPITAL Pediatric Department, helped transport the first babies to be housed in newly-expanded, state of-the-art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

This New, fully-equipped NICU stands ready to serve the ever increasing number of high-risk pregnancies in the Hospital’s maternal fetal medicine program and to care for the critically ill and premature babies transferred from other hospitals. The hospital has a specialized Neonatal Transport Team.GMC Hospital presently is Delivering 300 babies a month and will be in a better position to handle cases with complication. (more…)
