More Than 1500 Students Visited the Gulf Medical University Annual Medical & Science Exhibition 2009 Held on 27th & 28th of May 2009

The students from various leading schools in UAE participated in the third GMU Annual Medical & Science exhibition 2009 held at Gulf Medical University, Ajman on 27h & 28th of May from 10:00a.m to 4:00p.m The two day event has attracted more than 1500 students from various schools to visit the exhibition. The exhibition included not only hand made models by the students of grade 10th, 11th & 12th but also poster & audio visual presentations. Along with the contest, the participants and visitors were given a chance to learn from exhibits displayed by various departments from MBBS & BPT programs in the form of specimens, cadavers, life like manikins and simulators. Use of STEM CELLS in dental implants highlighted

Gulf Dental College, a constituent college of Gulf Medical University organized a seminar on Updates on Dentistry at its campus on Saturday. More than 100 doctors from all over UAE attended the seminar. The seminar was held in association with the Ministry of Health and Emirates Medical Association –Dental Society. (more…)
